Proceed towards the Brooklyn and Karoo Restaurants, located near the waterfront fountain. Our boat will be moored on either the left or right side of the main dock.
For guests staying in the East End or North Side, we are able to provide a pickup service at Kaibo Dock."

- Guests participating in snorkeling or swimming activities should be comfortable in the water. Life jackets are available.
- Young children and infants are welcome aboard our private charters. For children under 3 years of age, we ask parents or guardians to contact us before booking so we can discuss the suitability of the charter and any specific requirements. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children throughout the charter. Participation in swimming, snorkelling and other water activities will depend on the child's age, ability and conditions on the day. As every charter is private, we are happy to adapt the itinerary and activities to make the experience enjoyable for families travelling with young children.
- Guests should be comfortable boarding a small boat from a dock and, if taking part in snorkelling or swimming, should be able to enter and exit the water using a marine ladder. Guests with mobility concerns, recent injuries, serious medical conditions, or uncertainty about swimming ability should contact us before booking so we can advise.
- Non-swimmers are welcome but may be unable to participate fully in certain water activities.
