Blending education, meditation, and hands-on creation (and fun!), your journey begins with a brief talk on plant identification and properties. Then, a guided meditation will connect you to the energy of the plants, opening pathways to insight and renewal. The experience ends with a crafting session, where you'll create a personalized herbal item such as a tea, salve, spray, or oil, using the plants you’ve come to know through your senses.
